Try the force firmware update procedure found http://forums.buffalotech.com/buffalo/board/message?board.id=0101&message.id=9309&jump=true#M9309" target="_blank">here with the "Delete User Config" option checked.  Hope it all works out for ya :)

Thanks to everyone, I can now access my unit and it is back online

 

again thankyou... without forums like this our 'sheds' would be full of kit that we think is broke.
