login denied

   after doing a disc erase on my linkstation NAS LS-WTGL/R1F/W1.02, i can no longer log on using the admin/password combo. i can log in as 'guest' but that gets me nowhere. can anyone help?

Are you trying to log in to the shared folder or the web interface? Try resetting the device by holding the reset button in for 10 seconds.

   You might need to reset the device to defaults.  If that does not work check out the sticky above on "force firmware update."  In the force firmware update there is an option for "delete user-config."  Select this and it should reset the username/password.
