Product: HD-CEU2 1TB

 

Problem: When copying larger amounts of data on my external drive, it suddenly gets extremely slow. It happens with lots of small files as well as with one bigger file.

For example: I try to copy a 880MB file. The first 500MB take about 2 seconds. Then it takes 1 minute for 10MB. After that the copy process stops completely. On Windows 7 it even crashes the whole system.

The firmware is up to date (V3.00).
