Cannot Get in....

Hi All,

 

I have a Linkstation Pro HS-D500GL

 

I cannot access it at all.

 

The buffalo Nas Navi opens and when I press refresh it shows as

 

Hostname . HS-DHGL-EMFA8

Workgruop. Unknown

IP address. ***.*** 1.9 (which is on my network) 

Sudnet mask. which is OK

Mac Address. which seems OK

Firmware. -------- (blank)

 

when i goto >file>open it says 'network routing cannot be faound' (yes spelling mistake in warning box)

confirm network cabling and connection

 

Its connected... I have changed the cable.....

 

when i try to network drive its says its already mapped...it doen't show anywhere

 

 

any ideas on how i can get into this thing....

 

running vista 32
