Need help Linkstation_EZ LS-L320GL password recovery

NASNavi detect the LS-L320GL with DHCP ip, when I like to apply/change to static ip. it needs the password  

 

but I have lost my linkstation LS-L320GL password, I have tried the reset botton, it doesn't solve the problem. can anyone have idea what should i do?

Have you tried...

-Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds

-Then use password, "password"(all lowercase) or leaving the password field blank.

 

Turn the unit off and then hold the reset button as you turn it on, then try again.
