TeraStation turns itself off

I have two TeraStations (Model TS-RHTGL/R5).  One of them will turn itself off occasionally. When I search for firmware updates through the website using this model number, it says there are no updates available.  One of them has F/W v 1.33, the other 1.35. So I know there has to be a firmware update for it/them.
Additionally, when I try to access them via their Name in explorer, it keeps prompting me for an admin password to login even though I have that Local User Auth. setting turned off in the web interface.
