I was adding a new PC to the network and it was unable to detect the WXL. I checked the router and realized that the new pc was connected to a switch which was set up between the router and the modem. The wxl was connected to the router, so I detached it from the router and connected it to the switch.

The new PC was able to detect it and get connected, but every other PC is no longer able to detect it. So I switched it back to the router, but the PCs still can't detect it.

I've plugged other pcs into the switch, directly next to the new pcs connection and the LS-WXL connection, but the pc still does not detect the device.

No matter what I do, I still can only get the 1 new pc to recognize the device. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions to help me figure this out?

The new PC is running XP and the others are running windows 8.
