If no support given/ or replied, why Buffalo has to provide this useless website? I asked the email/ technical support but no response too.

Unfortunately I have to agree!
I asked a very simple question few days ago and sent same Q to support by e-mail.
Absolutely no response whatsoever!

That makes me a bit unsure if I really can recommend Buffalo NAS as a serious option to my colleagues and friends...

In the forum like here, I understand that is no way ppl should response or not; there is no obligation. HOWEVER, even in the buffalo website, I asked TWICE for the SAME question politely, but I only got automatic responses. I think this company is going out of business; they are selling out all products they have. It is a good time to selling anything about Buffalo..
