Hi!

I've installed a Cyberpower 600 UPS, but when I connect it to my Linkstation DUO it does not show up in the "sync with ups"-list.

Is there any way to get the Linkstation to support the Cyberpower UPS - i.e by implementing this onto a newer firmware?

Thanks in advance for any help!

response

Well, yes - that is the problem. Seeing the list of currently compatible UPS'es really don't really help now; does it?

I repeat the question: Is there any possibilty that you will implement support for other UPS'es in a future firmware?

There are standard protocols which should be used, there is noe "magic" in this...

Then you need to put it in the idea exchange lounge.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.

It's been over two years and there's still no support for CyberPower UPS units.
APC is the top most and expensive brand and I've not heard of Orine.
How about support for a decent unit that people can afford?
I have verified what the original poster said about there being standards, called "HID"'s for this and it's not rocket science.
How about a "generic" setting?
