Terastation NAS Firmware updates

I have two NAS Terastations, one with firmare 1.3 and the other 1.41.  I wanted to update the firmware from the GUI side.  I read the instruction manual, which says to go to : System - Maintenance - Firmware Installation.

The issue is that when I go to Maintenance, there is NO OPTION for Firmware Installation.

1.  Where do I download the firmware for a Terasation TS-XL?
2.  If I can do it from the GUI, why is that option missing?

2. Not available on the firmware that you are using.
