LS-WSXL E30 problem and Rebuild disk array dialog

I have got raid error E30 (see attachment). I have ensured that both of LS-WSXL disks are really fully functional using desktop computer. Since situation is not described in manual I have scanned this forum. I've found there is possible way to recover existing raid1 array using web interface.
Question is. If I have for my Array1
Disk1 Error
Disk2 Array1
What disk to be source for Rebuild RAID array fuction? Will healthy disk data keeeped and erroneus disk will be wiped? I can't understand it from web interface popup dialog^
The disk which is used for rebuilding data will be deleted. Cannot cancel this operation.
Are you sure you want to operate RAID Rebuilding? array1?
