Can't download "Duo RAID utility for Vista"

Can anyone help?

I have an HD-W500IU2 RAID enclosure.  I need the "Duo RAID utility for Vista".

I cannot download it from the website.  When I input my device's serial number,
nothing happens.  I have tried this using both Chrome and Firefox.

XP only, you can try running the software in compatibility mode and it may work.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
