6 red light blinks on LS WX2.0TL R1

Hello everybody
My NAS LS WX2.0TL Suddenly stop working and the blinks six times on the red info error indicator.
I try to put in EM and perform a TFTP Boot with no success. It accepts requests and two lines of blocks served and the power solid blue light appeared. When it is rebooted again the red led flashed six times.
Any idea?

What TFTP boot image did you download?
Units I own: TS-XL, TS-WXL, LS-WVL, TS-RXL,  TS5400, TS-RVHL,

Finally I did it, but hard drives will die according to the Buffalo report. Will low level format both drives to do the procedure again. I upgraded and the menu was in Japanese reading the forum I put it on English.
