How to Use Plex on Roku with WZR600DHP

Has anyone successfully connected Plex from on a Roku XS wirelessly through the WZR600DHP router. Everything is set-up on my computer itself, and MyPlex is in order online. I have tried several approaches. The Auto-detect; entering the IP; and entering of the name of my Plex server; and none have worked. I ensured that the correct setting were in Port Forwarding of the router(32400) etc..

Any tips or advice would be appreciated - thanks in advance.
