Cannot login directory of Chinese directory

i find that i cannot use the software filezilla to login(FTP)  into the Chinese character directory of my remote NAS. Though we could see the directory name on the remote side, the directory icon shows a "?" on itself.

My nas is buffalo Linkstation pro.
What's the problem?
I use "binary" transfer type.
Is the Nas support utf-8?
