Two Identical Terrastations different Firmware versions

I recently purchased two Terrastation TS-XE8,0TL/R5 units.  I installed the first one and got the system up and running.  A couple of weeks later, I installed the second.  When I brought up the second one, it initially had Firmware version 1.58 (my first one is at 1.60, I can't remember if I had to update it to get it to that level).  When I brought up the second one, it stated that a new firmware version was available, so I updated it.

While updating it, I got the window, "Updating firmware... don't close or refresh this window until firmware update is complete".  Problem is, it has never come back.  The Terrastation went through a reset and is now up and running, but the window never updated. Looking at the front panel on the unit, it says that it's a V1.59.

How long do I wait for the window to update?  Why didn't it update to the same version that is on my other machine (1.60)?

Thanks in advance for your help.
