Flickr Files Vanish

I have twice set up Flickr sync on my LS-WV2.0. It syncs properly and all appears to be well. But both times when I check in a couple of weeks later all the Flickr files are gone. Backing up my wife's 15,000 images on Flickr is a big part of why I bought this box.

Any words of wisdom?
