Can not access Terastation

Working fine for years. Now can't recognize the TS. I can ping the TS but it is in EM mode. Tried to flash 1.08 (had 1.03) but keep getting fail. I was able to access from browser but now get errors. I read that if I replace disk 3 I should be able to access again. Is this true?

Also, can't reset to factory.

EM Mode will usually let you rewrite the firmware - if it doesn't, what error exactly do you get?

Where are you reading that replacing disk 3 might help?

your trying to install the wrong firmware, install the 2.16 firmware.

Davo, one other question. I have another Terastation with firmware 1.08. Should I update this Terastation with 2.16 also? This other one  is working with no problems.
