LS-QVL with 2 hdd, want to switch another 2 hdd from my LS-WX4.0TL

Hi there,
I'm new to the Forum and not really sure, how to search for my request or even put it into the right words. So if this question is already answered, I'm sorry for that.

I already have an LS-WX with 2 hard drives (2TB each) installed with RAID1 mode and they are pretty full. Just bought a LS-QVL and installed 2 new hard-drives also with 2TB each and same RAID1 mode.
I already moved some data from the WX to the QVL, but now I want to take the hard-drives from the WX and put them into the QVL as Array2 (Array1 should be for work, Array2 will be used for private).
Can I Switch them without any loss of data? How about the Firmware/OS from the WX?
