HS-DH500GL and the iPhone

Hello,

 

I recently purchased and setup a Linkstation Live HS-DH500GL. Firmware verison is the latest, 2.11. It is connected to my home network and is working fine.

 

I read that at CES, Buffalo released some iPhone-related features. I thought I read that there was an iPhone-optimized website for web access, but I can't seem to find any solid information on it. Is it not up yet? Am I just missing it? I'd love to be able to connect to my NAS using my iPhone.

 

I understand that there will be an actual iPhone app in the future, but that it's not released yet. What I am asking about specifically is an iPhone-optimized website.

 

Also, do we know what models will be getting the firmware update that allows iPhone access? I hope mine's one of them! :)

There are problems with this currently, but there is an update in the works and should be released shortly.

Any word about these issues? I'd still love to access my HS-DH500GL from my iPhone from some sort of iPhone-optimized solution.

My apologies we're still in the process of releasing an update for this issue. We have been having some difficulties with the iPhone access. Please continue to bear with us as we're working on this as quickly as we can :)
