Hello,

I have tried this on 3 computers.

After finished using the drive, I try to use Lockware to lock the drive and receive the message

"The disk is exactly in use"

I am unable to disconnect the device, and reboot to release it (hoping no excryption or data loss occurs).

Is there a patch for this problem, or a better way to FORCE a lock to disconnect?

Paul

The software is always guarding your data with its encryption methods.  The issue is that the software always stays connected to protect you, in order to disconnect the drive please power down the PC.
