Terastation Data Unavailable

I've been having multiple errors with my Terastation Pro.  The problem originally started when I was copying files to the Terastation and it locked up and the data became unavailable.  When this happened I restarted the Terastation, and it would go through a resync.  At the end of the resync, it would give me an error (can't remember which one it was) and would be totally unavailable.  Data, web interface, everything.  Technical Support recommended upgrading the firmware to the latest version, which I did.

Now the Terastation is giving me Operation Mode I12 - DEGRADE MODE and E13 RAID ARRAY errors.  I can ping the Terastation and can get into the web interface, but the data is unavailable (can't get to it via \\ip address).  I tried enabling FTP, but the data will not show up this way either.  Under the Terastation status, the RAID array shows up as normal.  My shares on the Terastation still show up in the web interface.

I need to be able to get to this data.  I don't care how it's done, but it needs to be retrieved.  Any ideas would be great.

When you did the firmware update did it work and take.?  If not you will need to do a force firmware.  Go to this link and try this if this dosent work then give us a call.

It did take.  I tried forcing an update anyway, and I couldn't.  It just tells me there's 0MB of spacw available so the force fails.  I don't know whether this is true or not since the web interface won't tell me how much space is available.

Any other ideas for this?  Every time I call technical support I'm on hold for an hour and then get disconnected.

You could try a http://forums.buffalotech.com/buffalo/board/message?board.id=0101&message.id=330#M330" target=_blank>TFTP boot but it's sounding like the data might be lost. You could attempt hooking up all of the drives in a RAID setting to a computer running UFS Explorer however you'll need to buy that software in order to get it's full functionality.
