My device shows a version: BUF-CELU2-1.4T3 LOADER 3.5 W1.7

 

Is this a version 1.4 or what T3 label means?

 

If this is not a latest version, where I can find it?

That is the latest firmware for the DriveStation FlexNet. For future reference the model is HD-CELU2 and the firmware version is 1.47

I'm afraid not. I have no access to what has been changed or fixed in pretty much any firmware release.
