I have Terrastation Live Model HS-DH1.0GL/R5 serial 1988390512395. firmware version 1.04.

I have a bad hard drive 2 error when running Raid5 . I have purchased new drive but software will not let me select any drives and so I can not backup any drive, check any drive, and or format nay drive.

I have downloaded firmware update but updater does not update terraserver firmware. Can someone send me a link to where I can get the right firmware version so I can fix the problem.

Thanks

Pls re-confirm your Buffalo unit model number.

From your post, the model you stated is HS-DH1.0GL which is a Linkstation Live and not a Terastation Live.

What is the filename of the firmware you have downloaded and where did you download from?

You can download firmware for your unit at http://www.buffalotech.com/download" target="_blank">www.buffalotech.com/download but please make sure you have rectify the correct model that you are using before you proceed to download and update the Buffalo unit.

If the wrong firmware is updated, your unit will be bricked!
