All,

I have recieved this error message on my TeraStation PRO - TS-HTGL/R5 NAS.

[HDD Usage Status]

 RAID Array 1 Usage Rate : 1267685024 kbytes / 2926654528 kbytes (Usage Rate 43%)

[DISK error status]

 DISK1      6

 DISK2      0

 DISK3      0

 DISK4      0

The Disk error was originally @ 4 but has now increased to 6.

I have already run a Disk Check and the log file does not give any information on what to do.

Does this Drive need to be replaced?

If so.... Can I use a standard off the shelf OEM drive?

NAS is Firmware version 1.33

Thanks,

Preston

Kameran

I would replace the drive with the same speed and size, and try to get the cache as close to the original as possible.
