I have a terastation live (HS-DHTGL/R5). I was looking at the documentation online, and saw that there was a "web access" feature that my firmware was missing, so I upgraded from ver. 1.10 to the latest (2.14).

Well, the "web access" menu is there now, however when I click on it, I don't get a choice of sub-menus (folder setup/service setup). What it does is go directly to the folder setup menu.

I suspected it may have had something to do with the fact that I never created a group, and assigned users to it, so I created a group, a user, and gave that group read/only access to my shared folder.

I still don't have a menu for service setup under "web access"

Any ideas?

Once you enable the service you can add access to it under the share folder set up options.  Then you must open port 9000 to the IP address of the NAS device.
