I'm having trouble getting our Terastation Live to function as a print server for Vista.

My setup:

Wired PC with XP connected to the Router

2 Wireless Laptops with Vista, connecting to the router wirelessly

Terastation live connected to router wired (duh)

My printer = HP Photosmart C3180

I downloaded the newest XP and Vista drivers before begining.  I was able to install the driver and get it working on the computer with XP easily.  All three computers in question have the appropriate printer driver installed on them and will print when connected directly to the printer by USB cable.  All three computers can also view and interact with the Terastation hard drives without issue.

I was able to install the driver for Vista on the Terastation and get a printer icon to show up on the laptops.  But when I send an item to print, it hangs in the queue and never actually prints, it just hangs there.

Anyone have any advice or suggestions for resolving this issue?

Jason

That's a multifunction printer.

The TS does not support multifunction printers.

Multi-function?  Meaning it's a scanner and printer so won't work?
