Cannot access anymore

I have something very strange, Since yesterday the web interface was in Japanese.

The admin password did not work as well.

We did a factory reset via the init button to reset the IP and the password to the initial password.

Now when we connect directly a pc top the tera, the TS utility sees correctly the tera (ip 192.168.11.150) but don't acept the admin password when I try to modify the IP address?

I tried as well to update the firmware and the problem is the same, the password is refused.

The tera is a model HD-H1.0TGL/R5, firmware 2.00-1.05

Any idea??
