TeraStation Duo Remote backup configuration?

I have two TeraStations. I was intending to keep one at a remote location to be used for an off-site backup.

The two TeraStations are: a TS-WVHL and a TS-WXL.

I found one old document which discussed having a remote backup, and it indicated that the only ports required are:  873, 22938 and 22939. I was hoping to configure backup to run through port-forwarding instead of using a hardware VPN.

Before I get totally frustrated trying to open ports, and without doing extensive packet sniffing, I was hoping to confirm that these three ports are sufficient.

Can someone please confirm this.
