stopped working - LS-XL 2.0 TB

Hello, I bought a Link Station LS-XL 2T in April 2013, last month became the the HD fails, sending metal banging noises, his hard drive is a Seagate ST2000DM001, it stopped working and no longer access it the network. You can put another HD and reinstall the firmware. #  linkstation that needs updating wasn´t found #
PS. I was sad to see that the system is in HD.

 

Ola, comprei um Link Station LS-XL 2T em abril de 2013, no mês passado o a HD passou a apresentar defeito, emitindo uns barulhos de metal batendo, o HD dele é um Seagate ST2000DM001, com isso parou de funcionar e nem acesso mais ele pela rede. Tem como colocar outro HD e reinstalar o Firmware.
PS. fiquei triste ao ver que o sistema fica no HD.
