Hi there,

I'm trying to connect a windows 7 64 bit laptop to a LinkStation Live LS-CH1.0TL (EU) (LS-CHL-V233E). The station had been configured before, but wasn't used for a while. The station is connected to the network and there's a steady blue light. I can still log-in into the web-interface, so username and password are known. The web interface shows firmware version 1.26.

When I run the navigator configuration setup, a LinkStation with the correct MAC-address is detected. Nevertheless, in the next step it says "Setup is failed because administrator password is changed". I also tried to run the setup with administrator privileges. The LinkNavigator version is 2.20.

Hence my questions:
1) How to solve this setup error, i.e. how-to configure the linkstation correctly, so I can access it from the laptop? Please note that the windows username has changed, because the laptop is new.
2) Is there any chance to auto-synchronize folders again? The memeo software complained about not being compatible with windows 7.

Any help is highly appreciated!

Thanks,

Christian
