Help with terastation pro

Hi all,

 

I brought a Terastation Pro (TS-H0.0TGL/R5) from a friend with no drives and from what i understand i have to reload the boot image. It is getting a TFTP Mode E06, Lost Boot Image. It is getting an ip of 192.168.11.150 although i am assuming this is static cause in my network they begin with 172. I have had no experience with these devices so i need to know what to do in order to access it or maybe reload the image. I would really appreciate anyone who can help me step by step on what to do and provide me links on where to go or what i need to download as i am not the greatest tech savvy person. Thank You.

Insert 4 HDDs into the terastation.
Connect the terastation directly to the PC.
Set the ip of the PC to 192.168.11.1
Disable AV and firewall.
Run the TFTPboot.exe file
Wait for it to go into EM mode.
Once done install the 1.33 firmware.

where do i find the TFTPboot.exe file and the firmware?

So i was able to download the firmware zip file but the tftp link did not work.

OK, so it seems it did connect with the laptop and the navigator software finally see's the nas but when i try to update i am getting an ACP-State Failure error.
