Hi Folks,

I have a 4 TB / LS-WX4.0TL/R1, I suspect.  It is configured as a 4TB volume.  I have received a messge about a failure of disk 1.  I can no longer talk to it; it will not respond.  How do I investigate this failure?  Is there a way to recover the data from it?  This seems awfully sudden, since there were no problems before this rather catostrophic episode.

Thanks for the help,

Chris.

Does the Nas Navigator software detect it at all? What RAID mode was set? Any info/error lights on the LS?

PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
