When I log into my NAS I can go to all of my folders and files however, I cannot switch between views i.e. between Date Udated, Type, Size and Name.  I get the message JSON Format Sent Is Not Correct.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Thanks in advance.

I have the

LinkStation™ Duo 4tb

I am acessing from my home pc and have attempted to access it from other pcs.

I use the buffalonas.com/[name] to login then use my login name and password.  I can get onto the drive easily but any attemp to alter the views such as to list view or date modified view I receive the  JSON Format Sent is Not Correct error message.  It actually changes the view before the error comes on but then I cannot acess the files until I clear the error message box at which time it reverts to the original screen showing the folders and large icons.  I will not let me switch to any other view.
