LS-WVL/E Cannot Install NASNavigator or LinkNavigator

I just reveived my link navigator in the mail today and 2 drives for it, I plugged everything up and put 2 bare disc drives into the unit powered everything on and ran the installation CD. It install the nova copy, nova backup etc etc and it keeps telling me "link navigator for link navigator" at the end. I have tried to install it multiple times, even just donwloading NAS Navigator filed from the website but no matter what I do it doesn't actually install the software I cannot find a trace of it and it doesnt appear on my desktop like it keeps saying it should. Am I doing something wrong?
