TS-RHTGL/R5

I recently inherited support of a TS-RHTGL/R5.  The Unit was offline and indicating an error with Drive 3.  I removed power, turned it back on and then spent a bunch of time trying to figure out what I needed to get connected, Once on, I noticed all drives appeared ok, and the array was repairing, and data was avaialble.  Came in the next day and the device was off the network again, this time the error light was on drive 2.  For about a week this senerio played out, the NAS would stay up for the day while I was in and then be down in the morning, but now was consistently failing on drive 2.  I purchased a drive to replace the failing one, but when I swapped it out I would not get a repairing message, and the RAID 5 array was completely offline.  I need to get this unit back up, so the data can be copied off, it has critical financial data on it.

I have tried to copy the data off it, but can't keep it online long enough to get it, Firmware is at 1.33.  I know it is no longer under warrentee, but any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
