Do official 'Buffalo' people read/answer threads here??

I wonder if anyone from buffalo, who knows anything, actually read/respond to these messages.  Although I only posted my first post a couple days ago about a problem with speed we are having ... no one from buffalo has posted a response.  In fact after reading many messages here I don't see anyone from buffalo answering.

 

Is this how buffalo supports their users?
