buffalonas.com will not work externally with LS-WVLFD7

buffalonas.com will not work LS-WVLFD7 externally. 

 

I am using 9000 locally and the NAS suggested 5 digit port externally in the NAS config.  I have port forwarding configed in my router.  I have tested this on canyouseeme.org.  It is visible.  I can access the NAS inside my network with no issues.  I CAN access the NAS externally using my IP address and external port number.  But when I try to use buffalonas.com, I get no response externally.  It looks like the browser page is trying to load but never completes.
