ls-chl v2 in emergency mode

Dears, please help,

my LS went in em mode while I was trying to back-up my MAC in timemachine, I tried to reset but failed, then tried to update but gain failed, I got so many error messages such as obsolete files..., I'm using MAC with retina which has no ethernet, I cannot access it also from Bonjour or by typing its IP address on Safari, I tried to connect directly to NAS by ethernet cable to update in another PC but then it is not shown in Navigator 2, please advise.

1- LS-CHL-EM444 returns an error. (0x80000001)

Updating is aborted.

2- Failed to send file
