A customer's LS-W2.0TGL/R1 suddenly was no longer accesible, with six flashing red lights indicating the firmware was corrupted. It had been configured as RAID 1, but after rewriting the firmware from EM to ver 3.10, it defaulted to RAID 0. My question is: can I reconfigure to RAID 1 and see the data that was in the shared folder? I don't want to destroy the data on that partition. Thanks!
