LS-X2.0TL No 'Function Button' Recover admin password on LS-X2.0TL

Hi 

Admin user and password not working. Tried to reset it and found the instructions are as follows:

 

1, Reset through 'Web Access' -  pass does not work, so thats out of the question.

 

2, Reset holding down function button whilst turning on. My unit has no reset or function button. 

 

3. User and password allows me to login into unit and see my files and folders.

 

4. User and password invalid when trying to login into web settings ( to change configuration). Message says        "Invalid username or password. Please try again."

 

5. Sunday afternoon/evening 24/7 phone support had no idea.

 

6. Have tried accessing thourgh a mac running lion and on a windows 7 laptop.
