Hi to all

I've 2 TeraStation and I've configured backup from TS1 to TS2, the destination folder is configured as "Windows" and "Disk Backup" in "Shared Folder Support", and as "Read / Write" in "Shared Folder Attributes". Backup Job is correctly executed, but when I try to access the destination folder from PCs I'm unable to access it, it seems a permission problem. So I tried to use both enable and disable "Access Restrictions" in destination folder but nothing changes. So I've the backup, but it's unreadable.... :)

Where was I wrong?
Thanks

I've contacted Buffalo's support too but no answer...

I've tried to change file format but I can't, it's formatted in XFS and this in the only format available.

if I connect via ftp I see that folder's permission is: drwxrwx-w- root:root

so I can rename folder, but I can't access or delete. If I try to create a root user I can't, and if I try to login as root I don't know password

anyone knows root's password?

thanks
