Linkstation HS-DHGL won't keep settings after power loss

I have a second-hand Linkstation Live HS-DH250GL-EU and I have replaced original 250 Gb hard disk with WD15EADS-00P8B0 1500 Gb drive. I installed TFTP Boot recovery version 2.10 and updated to FW version 2.10. Everything works OK as long as I keep power on. I can access NAS via browser and set settings and drive is accessable from file management, even restart and initialization works OK etc - everything looks normal. But when I put power down and restart then soon Error led starts to blink 1 long  6 short blinks (Can't find hard disk?). NAS Navigator V2.56 can't find NAS anymore, power off-on sequence or pressing reset on results always same and no change.

But when I just activate EM mode with reset button at power off  to do the TFTP Boot without firmware update then after that NAS is working normally as long as I keep power on. Drive has all data stored and no data loss.

Seems like this TFTB Boot does not finish installing something to the drive and after power off these settings are lost. Or is the new drive somehow incompatible with HS-DHGL series? I have similar other Linkstation with 2 Tb new WD drive and it works Ok.

What can I do?
