Can't Seem to Get My HS-DH500GL To Go in to EM

Hello all,

 

I have a HS-DH500GL that I had to update last week (it has been sitting in the closet for a while doing nothing.) I attempted to flash the new firmware using the LSUpdate utility. The flashing of the firmware failed, I don't remeber what the error was.
