Terastation Pro - TS-RVHL - Storage - Not Available

After waiting 24+ hours for my NAS to finish doing its sync after setting up the RIAD array, i then went about setting up LVM Storage to create some folders for groups within my small company. After doing so, i noticed the section on the left side panel now shows 'Storage - Unavailable' instead of showing RAIDX, XXXXGB/XXXXGB X.X% Free.

Do you guys have any suggestions as to why this is the case?

 

My second question is in regard to AD integration with this device. It seems more than flaky. When setting it up, it works fine and shows its connected to my domain. But when trying to set group restrictoins using domain groups, on occasion the groups won't load. I even see on occasion when i go to 'Users/Groups', i no longer see the Users/Groups for the domain as available links. Is this a known issue? Is there a good way to solve this?
