Invalid Serial Number - Cannot Download Software - DriveStation Turbo

I seem to be having a quite common issue.  Attempting to download the application files for an older DriveStation (HD-CE1.0TU2), and no matter what region's site I try (and of course tried US first) my 14-digit serial number shows up as invalid so I cannot download the software.

 

Searching on the forum this seems to have been a very common issue.  Hoping an admin can help.  Drive Station Turbo, 1 TB, US region.

 

FWIW, other than isolated and very strange issues such as this I very much like Buffalo products.  This is one of probably 10 active and retired Buffalo products on my network, mostly drives but a few other products as well.  No hardware failures or issues - none.  Very well built and dependable hardware.

same for me. Been trying various combos and still unable to download anything....very frustrating...almost like they done want you to download the apps...

PM me your serial numbers and full model numbers.

Digital snacks, that is not your serial number. Your serial number starts with 458 or 958 and is 14 numbers. Just numbers, no letters.

you need to download firmware and apps from your local buffalotech - your local buffalotech should have your serial number in their system.

From what world region or country did you purchase the product?

from taiwan... i already download drive navi but i thinks its not the solution for my problem.. i cant format the drive.. dont know why.. i want to try the physical format but they say that it takes 2 days to finish.. lol.. how come.. !? haha
