My link station & my ipad

I am very new and did not find a post that would respond to my query. I have just acquireda Linkstation buffalo. I have succesffuly installed it, I think, as I can see on my desktop the folder from the linkstation. However, when I tried to use my ipad to see what I have, I can't log to my linkstation. I am stuck at trying to enter the name of the linkstation. I started to try to enter the name provided (LS-CHL7DB) with no success. I then changed the name of it for a different name and try that name on the web interface of the ipad... with no success. It seems web interface does not recognise the name. On the linkstation the button are blue

Are you trying to access your Linkstation through our Web Access app for your iPad?
