Invalid Serial Number

I am unable to download the Nasnavigator utility from the site receiving Invalid: Serial Number as an error.  It is a US product LS-WV6.0TL/R1 purchased through Amazon and I am downloading from the US site http://www.buffalotech.com/">http://www.buffalotech.com with 14 digit s/n starting with 958***********

 

Any help would be appreciated.

If you email us your S/N we can add it. In the meantime you can download the same nas navigator from http://www.buffalocloudstor.com/downloads/" target="_blank">http://www.buffalocloudstor.com/downloads/ without entering a S/N. It should be located at the bottom of the page in the middle.

why cant we just enter the serial number and download? it is so hard to get the sw..
