I get the error light blinking 1 solid then 5 short blinks.  All are orange in color.  Help?

Model? What does the Nas Navigator report?

Sorry. I have a LS-WV2.0TL/R1. I do not have navigator installed as I could never get it to work. I know it was doing raid maintenance overnight however no error were reported. Maybe it is still doing maintenance? Started at 1 am and so far md0 And md1 complete. Md2 not seeing comets so that may be the issue?

Yup, that's what it was. Maintenance done now and no blinks.
