Problems recently showed up.  Before last week, it would auto power down once my Mini MAC was in shut down stage,  would not power down if mac was in Sleep mode.  I have had the device for about 30 days.   Now, NAS turns itself off if switched in AUTO mode.  Even when MAC is on.  No hardware changes on my network.  Only SW update I recall is one from MAC / last week.  Other than that no changes.  Attempted NAS firmware update, it was successful.  No changes in problem.

your firewall and/or anti virus is blocking the nas navigator from sending the WOL packets.
